Challenges may include, but are not limited to, trauma, relationships, boundaries, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and PTSD.
My approach involves utilizing a range of techniques and skills, including behavior modification, mindfulness, and coping strategies. I incorporate various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Psychoeducation.
